Monday evening's show is best summarised in the title of a famous 70's hit - "Oh What a Night" Our June event was an uplifting celebration of "Irish" music and dance culture encapsulated in the arms of Timlin's Green - who look to be Adelaide's and quite possibly Australia's premier modern Irish music ensemble!
the whole performance by "Timlin's" was by any measure "top shelf". This band has the instrumental skills, and with arrangements, works as tightly together (perhaps even more so!) compared to many professional touring groups!

'TIMLIN’S GREEN are a 6-piece Celtic Rock band that play traditional Irish songs and were formed in just 2024. But they have balls, big time. They take their repertoire of traditional songs and give them a gutsy hard-hitting rock foundation. They are a high energy high powered band that are extremely tight and together.
Most in the audience would not have known too many of their songs. All pretty well unknown. There are no chart songs as we know them. But this mattered not. Every song from the beginning grabbed and cajoled you and immediately had you in the palm of their hands. Their songs emanated from the 16th century and beyond. An outstanding performance of happy time music that put a smile on our dials'

2026 KOROIT IRISH FESTIVAL - Your co-operation, professionalism and enthusiasm and what you brought to the Festival was outstanding. It was such a highlight to see you perform and see you provide the festival goers with your great set of Irish tunes which really got the Village Green pumping.
